The problem
Tens of thousands of sign-ups within hours of opening; organisers needed per-slot quotas and fast gate check-in.
What we built
The Mini App opens registration on a CMS-defined schedule, issues QR tickets through Zalo and lets staff check people in from their phones, with per-gate Excel exports.
